Called warrantee support and was transferred to Premium support where I was told that software was not covered under the warrantee and they wanted to SELL me software support for $20 per month. Three hour on the phone and no help. I found out the next day that this app is $%#@ after reading reviews. A can only assume that they put these garbage apps on new computer so they can SELL your solutions to problems they create. Buyer beware!
